Full Body Massage — also known as Whole Body Massage — is basically exactly what the term implies, that is: a massage treatment for the entire body.
It involves massage work from head to toes, and the front and back of the body, typically including the head, neck, shoulders, back, buttocks, parts of the chest, arms, hands, legs and feet. Sometimes it also involves work with the abdomen, but this — depending on the type of Full Body Massage — is not always or not necessarily the case.

The idea of Full Body Massage can be best understood in contrast to Partial Body Massage treatments, the latter only addressing specific parts of the body. Think here of treatments like Foot Massage, Back Massage, Neck Massage, Face Massage, or an Abdominal Massage.
Keep in mind that although Full Body Massage would also imply massage of the genital parts and other erogenous zones, this is usually not what is meant when a service provider offers “Full Body Massage” treatments.
Usually, it would rather mean some type of non-erotic, non-genital massage treatment, such as Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage, and so on. The goal of these types of full body massages may be therapeutic as to address a certain ailment, or by contrast carried out for relaxation purposes and tension and stress relief.
Nevertheless, when explicitly mentioned that it is about Sensual Erotic Massage, work with (some or all of) the erogenous zones will make part of the treatment. Think in this instance of modalities like Tantric Full Body massage, FBSM (Full Body Sensual Massage), Body to Body Massage, Erotic Oil Massage, Taoist Erotic Massage, etc.

Full Body Massage treatments typically take more time than partial body massages, often one to two hours or even longer, while partial body massages usually take between thirty minutes and one hour.
An obvious health benefit advantage of Full Body Massage over Partial Body Massage is that the massage therapist will scan/manipulate all parts of the body and can therefore better discern what parts experience tensions, adhesions, poor blood flow, range of motion inhibitions, or other constrictions, in order to successively work on those. Full Body Massage is definitely the most complete and holistic form or massage, one that takes all body parts and their interrelated connections, dependencies, and functions into account.
Finally, keep in mind that the term “Full Body Massage” is merely used as a general indication that “all parts of the body will be massaged” and it is independent of the techniques used. That is, Full Body Massage — depending on the type of Full Body Massage — can be given on a massage table, on the floor on a massage mat, or on a chair, applied with or without oils, gels, lotions, or herbal compresses, clothed or (partially) unclothed, and consisting of stretches, acupressure, strokes, pressure, and/or any combination of manual massage techniques.
