You may have noticed that massage service providers sometimes use the phrases Nuru Massage and Body to Body Massage (B2B) as synonyms.

In fact, in some cases that might be accurate, depending on what a massage practitioner offers, but in other occasions Nuru Massage and Body to Body Massage are rather different treatment modalities.

Now, both modalities are sensual erotic massage treatments in which the client and the masseur/masseuse will be (almost or entirely) in the nude. In addition, the massage practitioner will use their whole body to carry out the massage, typically rubbing, sliding, and gliding across the unclothed back and front of the client’s body.

Therefore, Nuru Massage is indeed a Body-to-Body Massage, but then again — not all Body-to-Body massages are Nuru massages. The key point is that Nuru Massage is performed by using Nuru Gel. It means that a Body to Body Massage that doesn’t use Nuru Gel but rather oils, creams, lotions, or soaps is not a Nuru Massage. Moreover, Body to Body Massage isn’t necessarily carried out with oils or lotions and such. It may just involve pressing and rubbing two naked bodies on and across each other.

Another very important difference when using slippery Nuru Gel is that it strongly heightens body sensitivity and provides an increased sensual erotic experience within a session. In addition, the gel also differs significantly from normal massage oils and lotions in that it has an extremely high viscosity and stays slippery much longer. Actually, it’s commonly agreed upon that Nuru Massage — as for it’s erotic effect — is unequaled by other Body to Body massages.

Nuru Massage also needs much more technical proficiency from the masseur/massage compared to other Body to Body treatments. The thing is that Nuru gel is so slippery that it can pose a risk of hurting the receiver and/or the massage practitioner because of involuntarily and uncontrolled slipping, gliding, or sliding, which can lead to hurtful body-to-body contact or even falling off the massage surface.

All by all, it’s important for clients to understand the difference. A massage service provider that claims to offer Body to Body Massage simply equaling it to Nuru Massage without being explicit about using Nuru Gel and the format of the session procedure needs to be asked clarification before paying for a session.
