Sri Ramana Maharshi, Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj, and Sri Atmananda Krishna Menon are by many thought to be the three great Indian Advaita Vedanta teachers and gurus of the 20th century.

Sri Ramana Maharshi (who’s birth name was Venkataraman Iyer), also known as Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi, Bhagwan Ramana Maharshi or Shri Ramana Maharishi was born in India in 1879 and died in 1950.

Advaita Vedanta - eBook

Most of his life he lived in Tiruvannamalai (Tamil Nadu, India) on or near the Arunachala mountain and later in life in the Sri Ramana Ashram. His teachings were characterized by silence, stillness, Satsang, sitting at the Master’s feet, and answering the questions of those who visited him.

Further below in this post you’ll find an overview of websites and blogs that are dedicated to Ramana Maharshi and his teachings. Mind that there’s written an enormous amount about Ramana Maharshi and his life, but I’ve chosen only to mention those sites that are fully i.e. (or almost) exclusively dedicated to his work.

On the sites below you’ll find discussions and interpretations of Ramana’s teachings, translations and/or downloads of the books that were compiled around his talks or answers, satsang groups, musings on Arunachala mountain and Tiruvannamalai, info on Ramana Maharshi ashrams, among other things.

Some of the notable endeavors are the works of the Ramana Maharshi Ashram in Tiruvannamalai (Sri Ramanasramam), Arthur Osborne, David Godman, and Michael James (Happiness of Being) of which you’ll find references here below in the overview.
