One of the primary aims of Traditional Thai Medicine (TTM) is to promote health and longevity by maintaining the vitality and balance of the Four Elements.
Thai Massage, the concept of Sen Energy Lines, and its practical application in manipulating the Sib Sen Lines (which in their turn relate to the Four Body Elements) is one of the means or tools to reach the goals of TTM.
In this post, further below, you’ll find three tables. The first table shows the general characteristics (qualities) of the Four Elements Earth (Din), Water (Naam), Wind or Air (Lom), and Fire (Fai).
The other two subsequent tables show the correlations of the Sib Sen with the Thai Four Elements.
In the first table about the Sib Sen and Four Elements, you’ll find the relationship between Sen Lines, the Four Elements, and psychological indications.
In the second table about the Sib Sen and Four Elements, you’ll find the relationship between the Four Elements, Sen Lines, and the affected bodily substances (i.e. the physical and physiological relationship).
