Tantric Breast Massage Explained

Tantric Breast Massage focuses on a woman’s breasts, and is primarily aimed at circulating and cultivating sexual energy, increasing sensual pleasure, opening the (spiritual) heart, promoting self-love, and enhancing the orgasmic experience, which may include a so-called Breast Orgasm.

The massage can be carried out as a standalone treatment modality — as a solo practice or given by a partner — but it can also be part of a Full Body Tantra Massage, Tantric Sex, or Tantric Yoni Massage.

Additionally, Breast Massage makes the breasts firmer and healthier, tones the chest muscles, stimulates lymph fluid drainage, reduces scars and stretch marks, promotes hormonal balance, and increases sexual pleasure and intimacy when applied by a partner.

Mind that the female breasts are strongly connected to emotions, notably related to feelings of affection and security. Emotions or traumas that are not well digested may show themselves on the physical level in the form of painful breasts or even cysts. A loving Tantric Breast Massage can provide emotional release and ease breast pains.

As is common with Tantric massages, the massage is performed with conscious, gentle, and mindful touch, typically using (warm) massage oil on the skin, which is applied with circular movements on the breasts, going from the center of the chest towards the underarm area.

Additionally, the breasts are also gently kneaded, pressed, cupped, squeezed, scooped, and stroked, which may be accompanied by directly massaging the nipples.
